scavenging kinetic energy to light up an led bracelet

 

Overview
A stylish LED bracelet which lights up, by harvesting your kinetic energy while you run, dance, cycle or walk briskly. It can be clipped onto your are or leg, and lights up when you are actively move around. You can use this as a decorative or safety light, to draw attention to your presence.


Technical
Based on the Faraday principal of electromagnetic energy, a magnet passes through a coil creating an electric charge which passes through a circuit and lights up the led.
